Specific Assignment Details
Your Leadership Development Plan will include the following:
1. Overview of your position or one you chose within your organization 2. The alignment between your position objectives and the strategic plan / SWOT
Goals 3. Assessment of your skills, achievements, leadership objectives, and methods to
achieve objectives, 4. Future goals and how you will use adult learning theories to increase your skill
set. 5. Accountability to achieve those goals
