As a human resources manager, you must synthesize change management principles for staffing in dynamic business environments. More simply put, you will demonstrate organizational behavior skills when you help promote an organizational culture that responds appropriately to the needs, attitudes, beliefs, and values that diverse people bring to an organization.
Times of rapid technological changes, economic difficulties, and labor shortages make it harder for organizations to recruit employees, and so once they do, you need them to want to stay.
